One Point of Accountability
You work directly with Toby throughout the project. Your design, preparation, installation, and final walkthrough are not handed from one department or subcontractor to another.
Custom-poured resin countertops across the Denver Metro area

FlowStone creates custom-poured resin countertops for Denver-area homeowners who want something more personal than another mass-produced pattern.
Every project is owner-led from the first design conversation through preparation, pouring, and final walkthrough. The result is a handcrafted surface developed around your cabinets, flooring, backsplash, lighting, and the way your room is meant to feel.

Most countertop projects begin with the same instruction: choose the closest available pattern from a showroom rack.
FlowStone begins with a different question:
What should this surface become in this room?
Instead of limiting you to a manufactured pattern, we develop the color, movement, veining, and character around your home. Your approved design is then poured by hand, creating a surface that belongs in the room rather than simply fitting into it.
No two FlowStone surfaces are exactly alike. That individuality is not a flaw in the process. It is the reason for it.
A beautiful pour is only as dependable as the surface beneath it.
Before designing the finish, we inspect the existing countertop or planned substrate, evaluate seams, edges, moisture exposure, adhesion, and movement, and determine whether resurfacing or replacement is the right approach.
Every project follows a defined system:
The creative work gets the attention, but disciplined preparation is what makes the finished surface worth owning.

Founder and Lead Craftsman
I started FlowStone because I saw a gap between mass-produced countertops and the kind of personal design homeowners actually wanted.
After working around remodeling and seeing how cabinets, flooring, tile, lighting, and countertops affect one another, I became interested in surfaces that could be designed as part of the entire room, not selected separately from it.
Custom-poured resin made that possible.
It gave me the freedom to develop color, depth, movement, and veining around the homeowner's space. But I also learned quickly that creativity alone is not enough. A beautiful finish cannot compensate for poor preparation, weak seams, moisture damage, or an unsuitable substrate.
FlowStone was built to bring those two disciplines together: thoughtful design and careful installation.
I personally guide each project from consultation through completion. That means the person helping you develop the design is also responsible for preparing and pouring the surface.
It also means I will be honest when FlowStone is not the right answer. Some countertops should be replaced. Some homeowners prefer the predictability of quartz or the natural variation of stone. My job is not to force every kitchen into one solution. It is to help you make the right decision for your home.
When FlowStone is the right fit, we create a surface that could not have come from anyone else's pattern rack.

Direct accountability and a defined process from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
You work directly with Toby throughout the project. Your design, preparation, installation, and final walkthrough are not handed from one department or subcontractor to another.
We create a sample of your planned colors and design direction so you can see how they work with the room before installation begins. Because every surface is poured by hand, the sample establishes the direction rather than duplicating an exact printed pattern.
Your proposal clearly identifies the approved scope, materials, schedule, and price before work begins.
We evaluate the condition of the existing surface or new substrate and address the preparation required for proper adhesion and finishing.
You receive relevant information about the resin system, curing requirements, everyday care, and protecting your finished surface.
FlowStone is based in and serves the Denver Metro area. Liability-insurance documentation is available before your project begins.
Every qualifying installation is backed by FlowStone's written two-year workmanship warranty.
FlowStone may be a strong fit if you meet any of these.
If resurfacing is not appropriate, or another material would serve you better, we will tell you before the project begins.
Your consultation begins with the room, the condition of the existing surface, and what you want the finished space to become. From there, we can determine whether FlowStone is the right solution and develop a design direction specifically for your home.
